FORGING SCREW PRESS (UP - STROKE)
These screw presses are made specifically for making bolt heads, rivets, motor components, axle half shafts, engine valves, and nonferrous forgings. Vincent presses are friction-drive screw presses that forge in an upward direction, from bottom to top.
The screw nut is located in the top cross head of a frame type ram on machines that use the Vincent principle. As a result of the rotation of a longitudinally fixed screw, the ram is propelled higher in axial direction. The forging tools' bottom die is attached to the ram's lower cross head, while the top die is attached to a fixed bridge that is part of the machine frame. By using this design, the forging forces are transferred to the ram rather than the machine frame. The ejector is located towards the bottom of the ram.
We Manufacture Forging Screw Machine Capacity from 50 Tons to 1000 Tons
